Restylane Lyft treatments at Beer Dermatology in West Palm Beach, FL and Jupiter , FL

WHAT IS RESTYLANE LYFT?

Beer Dermatology is pleased to offer Restylane Lyft, the first dermal filler to be FDA-approved for both mid-face volume loss and nasolabial folds. Restylane Lyft is a hyaluronic acid gel filler with a thicker, firmer texture. Lift of the cheeks is one of the most sought-after cosmetic procedures, and Restylane Lyft provides a non-invasive, effective means of providing that lift.

BENEFITS OF DERMAL FILLERS

Restylane Lyft is one of the longest-lasting hyaluronic acid gel fillers on the market, with patients in clinical trials reporting results that lasted for up to a full year. In addition, it is a quick, painless procedure that involves little to no downtime. Dermal filler injections can be done in less than half an hour, depending on the areas treated. Side effects from dermal fillers may include bruising, swelling, or redness at the injection sites, which usually go away on their own within a matter of days and can be covered with makeup in the meantime.

Skin and her face up a little bit, we are going to pull it this way. Then where she is a little bit hollow in here, we are going to put a little bit of filler too. We are going to start here, a little pinch sorry – and in this instance we are using Restylane Lyft. There are many products that will fit in here and give her an exquisite result, this just happens to be the one we are using today, and I think she is going to love this. This is half a syringe and we will do one side, then look at it and then look at the other side. Pinch and you will hear a little bit of a cracking as we fill, you might feel a little funny because it has an anesthetic in there, but what this does is it will lift the brow a little bit and enough to make a really pretty difference. It is also going to fill out those hollowness, she does not have the hill valley hill phenomenon that we see so frequently in women. Good! How are we doing? It is good it didn’t hurt at all

So that is at 561 655 905 5. So let’s just jump right in, today we are going to talk about fillers and things like Kybella and all kinds of products that we use in the skin to make you look and feel better. And the nice part is there are so many opportunities and so many products now that are available, whereas 10 or 15 years ago we only had a few things today we have probably about 20 somewhat products available that are approved in the US and there are a lot more approved outside so Canada and Europe have probably 40 or 50 and there is going to be more in the US so it is going to be an ever changing landscape. It is going to be a lots of fun for those of us in the industry because for instance with this newer round of products we were part of the clinical trials so we have been using them for months and months and months and we will have the opportunity to train other physicians which is always fun. So today we can start by answering some questions you guys have and feel free to go ahead and ask them.

What types of Restylane do you use in your office?

We use all different types of Restylane.

Restylane Silk
Traditional Restylane
Restylane Lyft or Perlane
Restylane Refyne
Restylane Defyn
Each of them has a different texture, different thickness, and different approval and we use them in various parts of the body and various part of the face.

Where is Restylane used?

We inject the nasolabial line, the cheekbones to lift, to the lips, the marionette lines, the temples, the jaw, the chin.

I use those products pretty much all over the face depending on the person’s goals and thickness of the skin.

Do patients specifically ask for Restylane?

Some of my patients come into my office with a fixed idea, or a fixed goal in mind and they want Restylane or Restylane Lyft or any other product. If that is the best product for them, I’m more than happy to accommodate their wish.

On the other hand, if it is not the right product for them, I try and educate and help them to understand why a different product might be a better selection for them.
