Platelets in our blood contain a variety of molecules that have been shown to promote wound healing. To obtain these molecules, we draw a small sample of blood from your arm. We then centrifuge the sample to separate out the materials that we want. Once we have isolated these molecules, we inject them in a concentrated form and let them go to work.
